Vehicle finance, also known as a car loan, is a loan from a financial institution to assist an individual such as yourself in buying a car. The loan is given on condition that it is paid back by a certain date, and at a certain rate of interest. This means that you will pay more than the car’s asking price eventually, but this is due to the interest rate. Depending on your credit rating (calculated by your credit history and credit score) the financial institution offering the loan will calculate how much of a risk it would be to loan money to you. The higher the risk, the higher the interest rate, so make sure you keep your credit score excellent. It will save you money in the long run.
